“When you think you have found a team player that has awesome vision, that always delivers, and has impeccable business skills and you can just stop there, that’s not the case with Rebecca. The cherry on top is that she is an amazing person too.“

Meet Rebecca

Rebecca Farmer Force is an award-winning designer, strategist, and speaker whose creative career began with a spotlight moment, winning ABC’s Dancing with the Stars Costume Design Contest.

That international recognition launched her from New York to Los Angeles and into the heart of the entertainment industry.

She has collaborated with acclaimed artists including Mike Colter, Michael B. Jordan, Glenn Close, Connie Britton, Owen Wilson, Thandiwe Newton, and Keke Palmer, and contributed to the Emmy-nominated costume teams of Black-ish (designed by Michelle Cole) and Glee (designed by Lou Eyrich). Her styling work has been featured in GQ, TIME, Complex, and People Magazine.

Rebecca’s strength lies in the range of her experience and her ability to bridge artistry with strategy. She earned an MBA in Management Consulting from Penn State University’s Smeal College of Business and a Master of Fine Arts in Theatrical Production and Costume Design from Brandeis University. Her creative process is sparked by innovative problem-solving and grounded in research, empathy, and storytelling.

As a communications and brand strategist, Rebecca is passionate about collaborating with multi-disciplinary teams to translate ideas into experiences that influence culture. Her trusted contributions in workshop design, brand partnerships, and marketing campaigns have shaped narratives that connect creativity to impact.

Building on this philosophy, Rebecca founded SALT, Style and Leadership Transformation, a consulting business that helps people connect who they are on the inside with how they lead and show up in the world. Through SALT workshops and speaking engagements, she empowers students and professionals alike to grow confidence, creativity, and leadership from the inside out.

With more than a decade of experience in brand building, strategic communication, and go-to-market strategy, Rebecca has created compelling stories for Warner Brothers, Fox, ABC/Disney, and U.S. government agencies.

Her positive, calming energy and transformational leadership abilities have made her a sought-after host, speaker, and ambassador. Known for her cross-cultural communication skills, she builds communities that thrive on authenticity and inclusion.

Rebecca’s local service includes the Renaissance Fund Committee, The Community Council for the Penn State School of Theatre, and The Centre County Pearls of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Incorporated, where she serves as Public Relations Chair.
