Meet Rebecca

Rebecca is the winner of ABC’s Dancing with the Stars, Costume Design contest. This international win launched her career from New York to Los Angeles into the world of entertainment. Rebecca has worked with many artists including Mike Colter, Michael B. Jordan, Glenn Close, Brad Pitt, Connie Britton, Owen Wilson, Thandiwe Newton, and Keke Palmer. She has also worked on the Emmy nominated costume teams of Blackish (designed by Michelle Cole) and Glee (designed by Lou Eyrich). Rebecca’s styling work has been featured in GQ, Time, Complex, and People magazine.

Rebecca’s strength is in her diverse background. She earned her M.B.A. (Master of Business Administration with a focus in Management Consulting) from Penn State University’s Smeal College of Business and a Master of Fine Arts from Brandeis University in Theatrical Production and Costume Design. Her creative process is sparked by innovative problem solving and inspired by research. As a communications guru and brand strategist, she is passionate about collaborating with multi-disciplinary teams. Her trusted contributions in leading workshop design, creating brand partnerships, and collaborating on marketing campaigns, translates the written word into visual comm that influences culture. With over a decade of experience in brand building, strategic thinking, and GTM strategies Rebecca’s wide range of expertise has created compelling stories for Warner Brothers, Fox, ABC/Disney, and U.S. government agencies.

Her positive, calming energy and transformational leadership abilities are consistently requested to serve as host, speaker, or ambassador, leveraging her cross-cultural communication skills that build community. Her professional memberships include The Costume Designers Guild, 892, The Television Academy of Arts and Sciences, and The National Black MBA Association.
